Paces Foundation

How do you describe almost a decade of a work with a client? The Paces Foundation is a 501(c)3 affordable housing developer. While every client is special, this one gives an incredible lift every time they build a property from the ground for our low-income neighbors. We think their website speaks for itself.

We not only created a solid brand story and logo identity for the foundation, but for each of it’s more than 25 properties across the southeastern United States. By creating consistent launch packets for new properties that included trifolds, direct mail and social ads, we saved the foundation upstart costs and are building a well known brand as a result of the effort.

The Paces Foundation builds with sustainability in mind, energy-efficient appliances, even solar panels to reduce heating and cooling costs. So when we suggested that they run their first capital campaign around green spaces for residents, the idea took off. We not only run the campaigns but also help orchestrate the building of play areas.

The National Low Income Housing Coalition reports that there is no community in America where a minimum wage worker can afford a two-bedroom apartment. Notable Line has worked with The Paces Foundation team to orchestrate more than a dozen community advocacy events centered around the grand openings and ground breakings of new properties. We reach out to as many politicians, community, and business leaders to share our position on building low-income housing via numerous email and direct mail campaigns.
